She is also certified in Neurodevelopment Techniques in pediatrics, adult/geriatric neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Extensive experience in all medical settings which helps patients achieve their goals. Currently licensed to provide Direct Access care in Pennsylvania. Member of APTA and PPTA. Secretary and Instructor for Therapeutic Riding Association of Cumberland County (TRACC) providing horseback riding experience to special needs children and young adults. |

 | Shelly Bitner, PT – 21 years with Alexander Spring Rehab. McKenzie Trained, specializing in Women’s Health Care with expertise in Pre- and Post-partum dysfunction, pelvic pain, women’s continence, headache pain and chronic pain treatment. Skilled in a variety of manual therapy techniques and orthopedic conditions. Shelley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. She supports her children in a variety of sports, theatrical and community activities. She is involved with her church and enjoys hiking in her spare time. |
 | Christopher Fisher, PT - 21 years with Alexander Spring Rehab. Sports Medicine and Rehab, Dance Therapy, working with Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet for 15 years, Vestibular Dysfunction, evaluation and treatment of Foot and Running conditions, extensive Manual Therapy skills, Spinal Injuries and Pain Management expertise. Chris enjoys working with all orthopedic conditions including sports medicine, ballet injuries, neck and back pain. He has worked with dancers from the Central PA Youth Ballet for 17 years. Chris also has training in vestibular disorders and in evaluation and treatment of foot, ankle and running conditions. Chris is active in his community, coaching soccer now and baseball in previous years. He has 3 children in the Boiling Springs School District. His wife Terry has been a Physical Therapist at ASR for the past 15 years. |
 | Stephany Primrose, PT – 10 years with Alexander Spring Rehab. Focus and expertise in spine treatment, rehabilitation of sports injuries, multiple manual therapy skills for all orthopedic conditions, etc. Enjoys working with athletics of all ages and finding the hidden athlete in everyone else. Enjoys traveling with my husband but am currently spending most of my time working on our house and attempting to train our puppy Barney. |
 | Terry Pruett-Fisher, MS, PT – has been with ASR since 1993. She earned her BS in PT in 1984 and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, emphasis cardiac rehab in 1989, both at the University of Delaware where she was an adjunct clinical course instructer from 1986-1994. Terry relocated to Carlisle in 1989 after marrying her husband Christopher Fisher, PT, also an employee of ASR. They have 3 children and a sheltie who they love to spend time with at home and with sports. Terry's clinical experience includes working with medically complex patients with compromised cardiopulmonary function, manual therapy for spinal and orthopedic conditions including infant torticollis, and since 1997 she has developed advanced clinical skills for the treatment of women's health issues such as tailbone pain, pre & postpartum pelvic back pain/dysfunction and women's continence. |
| Erin Metcalfe, PTA - 4 years with Alexander Spring Rehab. Specializing in Total Joint Replacement, Manual Therapy skills of Strain/Counterstrain, specializing in Adhesive Capsulitis Treatment, and the Sara Meeks method of rehab for patients with osteoporosis. Enjoys working with her co-workers and patients of all ages. Lives in Chambersburg with her husband and enjoys being active in her church choir and the Mercersburg Area Community Chorus. |
| Kelli Myers, PTA - 1 year with Alexander Spring Rehab. 2007 Graduate of Penn State - Mont Alto. Enjoys working with a variety of age groups and injuries. She also enjoys volunteering at the Appalachian Wheelchair Games. In her free time she likes to go camping and hiking. |
 | Stacy Dum – 1 Year with ASR as Patient Accounts Manager. Primary focus working with insurance companies to ensure proper payments of all patient claims. Willing to work with all patients to assist in getting you the care you need with maximum insurance reimbursement. Payment plans available on personal balances.  | Micki Slusser – 2 years with ASR as Patient Accounts Representative and Medical Records Coordinator. As Patient Accounts Representative, Micki work with each patient on an individual basis to obtain and ensure proper utilization of insurance benefits. Micki is also available to schedule patient appointments when necessary. Her role as Medical Records Coordinator requires her to copay any or all of our patients records with the proper release forms, following HIPAA compliance guidelines. |
